This is for larger or more sophisticated loans that need to ensure they offer quickly, discretely, without fuss and without passing around the lender market place. We can provide a first loss investment to selected senior lending partners on loans they may not lend on had we not partnered. Borrowers are then offered a blended rate, always sensibly priced.
